Veterans Canteen Service Interchange Agreement

All 38 Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) staff must have served for at least 90 days in their position for the exempt service in order to be eligible for a position in the competitive service. Candidates previously selected as part of a Tender Examination Unit (DEU) must have exercised their position for at least 90 days prior to being eligible for other positions in the competition department. In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, you must also: Specialized experience You can qualify based on your experience as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have a specialized experience of at least one year corresponding to the following lower class GS-05 in the normal no line for the trade in the organization.
